You can use our office in Preston, work from home or a bit of both, you decide. Our ideal team member will be MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS. You can be at the start of their career needing help and guidance or a seasoned pro who can get on with the job. Your work will involve Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys plus valuations for Help to Buy, house purchases and shared ownership. You will use our bespoke report writing software and use the latest tech to provide the best reports. You'll typically do 7 inspections a week.
