Up to £38,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a premium village pub located in the scenic countryside of Surrey. This charming pub, set on the village green, offers fresh, seasonal British cuisine with a strong emphasis on local ingredients and high-quality produce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting hearty, delicious dishes, while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef, supporting the daily operations of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, and assisting in menu development.
