Head Pastry Chef – Premium Late Night Restaurant and Bar Mayfair We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Pastry Chef who has passion and innovative. You will be working for a premium newly opened Rosette standard restaurant and bar in the heart of Mayfair serving fresh Japanese food & cocktails. The Person The successful Head Pastry Chef will have the following: Experience in fine dining or 2 Rosette standard Premium, high end venue Highly trained and skilled Must have experience in menu creation, design, costing and implementation Ability to lead a strong, long standing, small, experienced team Strong in training & delivering this ongoing Organised, passionate & driven Proactive in creativity & seasonal changes Strong attention to detail A passion for pastry and all things food!
