Touchstone, who are part ofthe Places for People group, are searching for an individual whocares about ensuring our communities are thriving. We are seeking aRetirement Community Manager to oversee the day to day operationsof our retirement 55+ community.

As part of yourrole you will offer a high level of customer service to ourresidents, responsible for solving and answering residents queriesand complaints, reporting maintenance issues and ensuring quickresolution and carrying out compliance checks.

To be considered for this role you are required to meetthe below essential criteria.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Good organisational skills
