For example, our applied science team leverage a variety of advanced machinelearning and cloud computing techniques to power Amazons operationsperformance management. This includes building algorithms and cloud servicesusing LLMs, deep neural networks, and other ML approaches to make root causeanalysis of incidents and defects better. They develop machine learning modelsto predict inbound capacity forecasts and select the optimal order ofunloading and stowing the incoming items in the Fulfilment Center. The teamsalso utilize Langchain, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Textract, ElasticCache Redis,Opensearch and Kubernetes to extract insights from big data and deliverrecommendations to operations managers, continuously improving through offlineanalysis and impact evaluation.
