- chase arrears and manage allocation of cash for all arrears
- manage the billing of late payment interest where required
- ensure correct allocation of cash by liaising with accounts department
- ensure compliance with consumer credit legislation
Profile
The successful candidate for the role of Collections Account Manager (HYBRID WORKING) will have:
- minimum 2 years experience of bad debt collection
- good communication skills
- good excel skills
- ability to resolve technical allocation issues
