Residential Sales Valuer

Sales Valuer Cardiff £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus (£40,000 OTE) + Holiday + Pension + Company Benefits + Training + Progression Links Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced motivated Sales Valuer to join a continuously growing estate agency aboard the new Cardiff branch. The Role: * You will be expected to cover the Cardiff and surrounding arears and a varied range of properties from Buy to Let to exec homes. * The successful candidate must be well versed in social media, valuing and listing properties as well as coordinating diaries and sales chains. * The role will require social media actions, valuations, listings and conducting viewings and negotiations. * The successful candidate will be fully knowledgeable on the sales process, use of IT and operating systems of the major portals. There will be a training scheme that must be passed in order to progress. * They will also be expected to work to targets, follow a sales process and work as part of a team to meet the demands of the business. * There will be opportunities to earn branch referrals, mortgage referrals and business to business referrals. A background knowledge of lettings would be beneficial but not mandatory. The Person: * Proven experience in a similar role or understanding of property valution/sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Social media savvy * Organised and can offer strong customer service * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Highly organized with good attention to detail. * Full UK driving license. Hours 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday with possible Saturdays 09:00-13:00. OTE of £40,000
