Operations Team Leader Night shift - 37 hours per week, Wednesday - Sunday, 9.30pm to 5am £26,032 per annum Are you looking for a new role that provides comprehensive on-the-job training & development opportunities to support career progression? To ensure our warehouse departments run smoothly, our Team Leaders play a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency and productivity across their departments and warehouses. We are now seeking Operations Team Leaders, these are newly created roles in our Oxford location. As our Operations Team Leader you’ll be responsible for planning and resourcing the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy of our products and efficient management products to the department. You will also ensure that a high level of health and safety, compliance with company policy and transport legislation is adhered to at all times.
