The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. The position As Bar Manager you will have experience in managing at least one outlet, you will have excellent understanding of cocktails, beers and spirits, be outgoing, driven and flexible. The successful candidate will be on the floor and the bar, assisting with training, rotas, stock and cost control.
