Building Surveyor

I am looking for a Building Surveyor to work in Worcestershire for a housing association. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the repairs contracts; in regards to damp, mould surveys. This role offers a short term contract with potential for extension.

Duties of the Building Surveyor:

• General day-to-day maintenance.
• Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys
• Scheduling day to day repairs.

Building Surveyor essentials:

• Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
• Experience within social housing.
• Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys.
