(Trade Qualified) Social Housing Voids and Disrepair Supervisor
NOTE - This is a Construction based role and candidates MUST have a trade qualification (Electrical, Plumbing, Decorating etc )
Our client is a multi-million pound business that specialise in Registered Social Landlord (RSL) maintenance that has been growing at a steady rate for a number of years. Due to this continued success, they are now seeking an experienced Social Housing Voids Supervisor (Trade Background) to join their busy North London office.

Responsibilities:
- Operational role though, candidates must perform Disrepairs, day to day and minor voids/decants as needed
- work collaboratively with Hires and manages maintenance workers.
- Organizes and leads maintenance trainings.
- Set shift schedule and assignments.
- Develop maintenance policies and procedures.
- Order tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Leads safety inspections at worksites.
- Evaluates worksites to determine necessary maintenance work.
- Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.
- Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures.
- Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:
- Trade background (multi-skilled ideal) - Electrical, Plumbing, Decorating etc
- Previous experience as Social Housing Supervisor (overseeing trades)
- Understanding of SORs
- Good Commercial Understanding
