Teaching Assistant - temp to permanent Hours: Maximum of 30 hours per week, term time only - Permanent part-time, full time and sessional available.Our client work with young people from across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire who do not access full time mainstream education provision.The reasons why young people are not educated in a school environment can vary and our client provides them with bespoke individualised programmes and help them to achieve and experience success.We are looking for a number of teaching assistants who thrive on being creative and enjoy delivering education in innovative ways.You will be working on a 121 basis and be responsible for delivering the set curriculum to pupils in your care.. you will encourage their involvement in the decision making and the management of their programmes. You will also assist with the assessment, preparation, delivery and review of a learner's curriculum including contributions to lesson plans. Able to demonstrate outcomes thinking through regular support and supervision. Achievement of positive outcomes for young people.This role does include a considerable amount of driving across the East Midlands and surrounding areas where applicable, however we do aim to keep the distances to a minimum.
