Workday/SAP Outsourced Payroll Analyst

Join our client’s team for a 12-month contract and play a key role in enhancing payroll solutions for a leading organization. Role: Outsourced Payroll Implementation Analyst Contract Length: 12 months Start Date: ASAP Position Overview: As an Outsourced Payroll Implementation Analyst, you'll support the Payroll Workstream Lead in improving reporting quality, deliverables, and knowledge transfer within the payroll workstream. Your role will involve working closely with the Workstream Lead to enhance documentation, and stakeholder communication, and ensure a smooth transition to the Business As Usual (BAU) team. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Support and Documentation: Gather, compile, and maintain local payroll design documentation in line with project timelines. Ensure alignment of design principles with global models. Collaboration: Work with local HR/payroll teams to document requirements and ensure compliance with both local regulations and global design principles. Collaborate with the BAU team and Finance to document G/L design and exceptions to global design principles. Document integration processes with SAP and Workday teams. Reporting and Communication Enhancement: Assist the implementation lead with progress, risks, and key metrics status reports. Quality Assurance and Testing Support: Document testing activities and review deliverables to meet quality standards. Knowledge Transfer and Handover: Facilitate the smooth transition of payroll processes and documentation to BAU operations. Support the BAU team during the hypercare phase and manage knowledge transfer. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Work with the Workstream Lead to manage risks and resolve issues proactively. Vendor and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage the outsourced payroll vendor and collaborate with workstreams like Workday, SAP Integrations, and Finance. Required Skills: Experience in payroll management and documentation with a focus on reporting and quality assurance. Proven ability to create high-quality documentation and reports. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Workday and/or outsourced payroll solutions is advantageous. Understanding of payroll accounting reports and general ledger accounts. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to work across different time zones.
