Are you a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator, Specialist or Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? This housing association based near Birmingham is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and drive a diverse portfolio of projects across their organisation.
As Project Manager you will work on key transformational initiatives that directly contribute to improving communities and enhancing the lives of their tenants.
In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of driving transformational and continuous improvement projects and you'll have the opportunity to lead these initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your expertise will help to design, resource, and execute projects that challenge the status quo and bring about meaningful change. You'll regularly update project teams, and the Exec and Leadership Teams, and help to make strategic decisions to move projects forward. From discovery to execution and operational handover, you'll manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that each project achieves its goals and has a lasting impact.
You’ll work closely with project sponsors and operational leaders to develop clear business cases, manage risks, and ensure the benefits of each project are fully realised. You'll also build relationships across the business, by partnering with colleagues from all departments to ensure project delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You would be a great fit as Project Manager if you have:
- Proven project management experience, particularly in business change.
- A track record of successfully managing projects, workloads, and delivering on deadlines.
- A formal project management qualification.
This role is hybrid at their office near Birmingham and the salary on offer is £50,000 with some great benefits.
