Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: Liverpool Street, London Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 (First year base OTE) Who are Camino Partners? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to: Source candidates - make direct contact with both active and inactive candidates to update details, discuss career aspirations, determine candidate availability and conduct general candidate screening whilst updating all information on the database Provide career consultancy to candidates - guiding them through the interview process Arrange and confirm candidate interviews as requested by clients Generate leads through regular candidate contact, market intelligence and research Develop new client relationships and providing market intelligence Reference take to help qualify candidates and open doors to new clients Manage relationships with candidates and clients ensuring that all quality processes and service level requirements are met Requirements Confidence, resilience and the ability to work under pressure A 23/24 2:1 Graduate is desirable but no essential Previous sales or commercial experience is desirable You MUST understand what recruitment entails and be prepared to enter a sales-based role.
