Machine Operator

Machine Operative Job Overview This role involves operating various machines for the production of HVAC and specialist ventilation systems for safety-critical facilities. Reporting to production supervision, the position focuses on maintaining product quality through precise machine operations and assembly tasks. Key Responsibilities * Operate manufacturing machinery, including seam welders, following procedures. * Work with stainless and carbon steel HVAC products. * Interpret engineering drawings for machine operations. * Assemble basic HVAC products, including joint assembly. * Use power tools to assist production. * Perform painting, sealing, and packaging tasks. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Support the manufacturing team in meeting production goals. Requirements * Proven experience in machine operation within a steel fabrication environment. * Ability to read engineering drawings. * Basic understanding of quality control principles. Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm (with optional ovetime - £25-27ph all hours)
