We are now looking for a Technical Instructor to join their growing and successful team. Technical Instructor - Red Hat Trainer (Dutch or Spanish speaking) Fully remote with expensed travel to client sites in Europe. Option to work from London office if desired. £60-85K plus excellent benefits package. To be successful in this role: You will have 5+ years of experience in the computer industry as an (ideally Red Hat) engineer doing Linux or Unix and at least 3 years of experience training or instructing a team. Team Leaders and Project Managers who have experience training a team and who can develop training literature will also be considered. Other requirements for this role include: Fluent in English plus Spanish and/or Dutch Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification or the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire Strong foundation in Linux or UNIX system administration and deployment Exceptional course facilitation and management skills, with a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (subject to travel restrictions) A team player with a proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team Other desirable but not essential requirements for this role include: Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or additional certifications in Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform Experience in application development or modernization Familiarity with PaaS, IaaS, automation, and virtual training environments Position summary: Our client is a global leader in skills and talent development, and this is a unique opportunity to be part of an elite team of learning professionals dedicated to amplifying the business value of learning and development through Red Hat's cutting-edge technology products. Job role and responsibilities: As a Technical Instructor for Red Hat technologies, you will deliver top-tier training to Red Hat clients, internals, and partners, focusing on the practical application and usage of Red Hat core and emerging technology products. This role involves a blend of virtual and in-person training sessions, with a significant portion of time dedicated to traveling to client sites across the EMEA region.
