Our mission is to help every child reach their full potential, both academically and personally.The Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students with SEMH needs in managing their behaviour and emotions.Assist in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to provide tailored support.Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.Monitor and report on students' progress and development.
