Position: Project Administrator (Temp to Perm) Starting at 3 Days a week

Day Rate: Approximately £140

We are currently seeking a talented Project Administrator to join their team, with the potential for the role to transition into a permanent position.

Role Overview:

As a Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects while providing crucial support to directors. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in interior design and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of interior design projects.
• Assist in the coordination of project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with the design team and directors to facilitate project execution.
• Maintain organised documentation and reporting for ongoing projects.

Working Arrangement:

• Enjoy flexibility, work from home on Mondays and join the team in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who meets the following criteria:

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the interior design or project management sectors.
• Procurement experience is a significant advantage.
• Articulate and client-facing demeanor – first impressions matter!
• A self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
