As an IT Network Analyst, you will be responsible for the managing, maintaining and supporting Crodas global network infrastructure. This position will require implementation of network improvements, whilst maintaining and troubleshooting support of network related LAN, WAN and wireless networks.

- Work as a part of our IT Centre of Excellence team to maintain and further develop thenetwork and services including procedures, policies, and documentation.
- Perform day-to-day network administration and maintenance to ensure network performance and health meets approved standards and requirements.
- Support of - Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Spaces, Cisco ISE, Content Filtering, Palo Alto Firewalls, 3rd party VPN connectivity and other network appliances.
- Support Network Specialists delivering projects in a timely manner.
- Document new additions, review and maintain existing network documentation, maintain change history and keep up-to-date ticket records.
- Provide input and recommendations to continually improve and strengthen our network services, as well as contributing to the network strategy plan.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco Spaces, Cisco IOS, Cisco Wi-Fi, Palo Alto, Azure network routing.
- Solid understanding of WAN technologies, IPSEC, VPN.
- Solid understanding of and technical experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of network security methodologies, including but not limited to - ACLs, Firewalls, VPNs (tunnelling, IPsec, etc.), content filters and physical security.
- F5, Zscaler, 1000Eyes, PRTG knowledge and experience is a plus.
Licenses and Certificates:
- Require a valid drivers license.
- CCNA, MCSE Certifications are a plus
