Site Manager / Supervisor - Plumbing

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager / Supervisor to join a leading North West based Mechanical Engineering Specialist.

Working initially on their Residential Developments (modular), you'll be responsible for leading a team of Plumbers and taking a hands-on approach where necessary.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Supervising the Plumbing package from start to finish,
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards,
• Managing H&S,
• Coordinating directly employed trades and sub-contractors,
• Liaising / holding meetings with the development client
• Management reporting.

You will need to be a fully qualified Plumber (NVQ) have a current JIB Card and SSSTS / SMSTS.

Immediate interviews available - ongoing contact that could lead to Permanent employment (if interested).

Day Rate negotiable based on experience.
