Join us and be part of making a valuable contribution to the mega-infrastructure, Nuclear New Build project at Hinkley Point C (HPC).The RoleThe role of the Quality Engineer is to provide quality management support to internal and client projects based out of our Stonehouse office or at our client sites.Key Duties, Tasks and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for advising on, implementing, or assessing the engineering quality processes of projects or programmes using appropriate tools to maintain the performance of the project/programme.Report the performance of the plan to senior members of the team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders responsible for delivering the plan to ensure that it is representative of current progress.Develop controls and operating policies which could impact the success of the project/programme.Qualifications and Profession AccreditationsMust have, or be working towards the following:Minimum of HND in Quality, Engineering, Construction, or another relevant subjectDegree in Quality, Engineering or other related fieldNecessary Proven Experience and KnowledgeThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the below fields:Developing and updating quality processes in industrial environment, complying with ISO 9001:2015Quality Assurance and Quality ControlAssessing and analysing Quality performanceDelivery of major (£50m+) projectsBenefitsHybrid workingPrivate medical & dental insurance25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysMatched Pension schemeCycle to work schemeTraining and developmentEmployee referral schemeEnhanced company sick payEnhanced maternity and paternity payTravel & Life InsuranceEmployee assistance programDue to the nature of the work, candidates will be required to undergo a Basic Security clearance (BPSS) and must have Independent Right to Work in the UK.
