Key Responsibilities: * Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Provide information and guidance to clients, directing them to the appropriate person or department. * Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. * Handle incoming calls and emails professionally. * Support administrative tasks as needed. Ideal Candidate: * Bubbly, energetic, and charismatic personality. * Previous experience in a reception role, ideally within a showroom, hotel, or administrative environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. * A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
