Warehouse Team Leader

Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for Warehouse Team Leaders to join our growing logistics client in West Berkshire, RG17.
OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION

• 27,300 per annum
• AM and PM shifts
• Initial fixed term contract
• Working 5 out of 7 days a week on a rota basis

About the job

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives and fork lift drivers
• Support Warehouse management team to ensure accurate picking and packing of various products
• Record and monitor attendance and provide updates to managers

The right candidate

• Previous leadership or management experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Driving licence, own transport essential due to location
• Proven background in motivating, leading and supporting staff.
