The Role As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will ensure that the Agile teams have the necessary resources, support and guidance to delivery high-quality projects and services. You are knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and will work as the interface between the Project Stakeholders, Product function and software development teams. Managing the delivery of specific projects from start to end will be your primary focus, while identifying and analysing improvement actions that engage and foster relationships with stakeholders. You will need to hold some level of Agile certification with experience working with multiple Agile teams. As this is a hybrid role, it is essential you are a strong communicator and can work collaboratively using Agile tools within virtual working environments. You will be based from our Fleet Head Office. This role requires you to be in the office to attend meetings, lead workshops and conduct requirement gathering sessions, as well as spending time with key teams and stakeholders from across the business. We anticipate the need to spend at least two days a quarter in our office. Responsibilities: * Assisting with project plans, timelines and resources * Facilitating Agile team project activities * Managing Stakeholder expectations * Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success * Removing impediments at project level * Tracking project progress, analysing metrics and reporting on team performance * Leading UAT, deployment and release activities * Helping build a productive environment where team members ‘own' the product and enjoy working on it Requirements Essential: * 5+ years' experience in Agile Project Management or Delivery Management * Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) * Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills * Ability to create meaningful and comprehensive projects metrics Desirable: * 3+ years' experience working in a Software Development team role * Experience working with geographically dispersed teams * Defining and delivering operational change using scaled Agile techniques Benefits * 25 days annual leave, plus additional day for your birthday! * Regular team incentives and social events, including annual Christmas and Summer parties * Staff Gift Shop * Life Insurance and Company Pension * Employee Assistance Programme (Mental Health & Well-being support) * Great culture and work environment * Staff Gift Shop * Access to MediCash We are actively committed to promoting a fully diverse and inclusive workforce and we welcome applications for this role from all candidates who meet the key requirements.
