Job title: Façade/External Senior Site Manager Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 Location: Kingston O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a External lead site manager to work on an exciting high-end RC Frame residential project that will compromise of multiple blocks and phases. This is a permanent position so after the completion of this project they will be able to move you onto one of a number of other projects they have in a similar area. To be considered you must have experience of working on large volume high-end new build projects with demonstrated history of managing a wide range of façade and cladding type As Façade Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. - Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
