NextGen Programme Manager

UK based with travel to London, Oxford, Leicester, etc Contractor (3 days / week) Day rate / pre-agreed fee The Company Our client is a privately owned family investment office setting up an exciting new NextGen Programme. The Programme is designed to support non-UK domiciled young family members (initially for ages 18-26 years) to ensure they receive well-rounded bespoke development programmes, preparing them for future leadership positions. This is a newly created role to develop and deliver the Programme. The Role As a learning and development programme manager, you will be responsible for leading this new programme across all stages of development. The Programme includes a wide range of elements such as accelerated English language acquisition, business training and coaching, mentoring and personal development, knowledge supplementation, internship management, and other elements supporting the personal development of the young family members. You will bring together a cross-functional team of internal and external resource to ensure successful execution and delivery of the Programme, while maintaining alignment with educational and development objectives and timelines. This role requires experience in establishing and running equivalent development programmes, strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Person Degree educated, you will have a background in learning and development, where you have successfully delivered programmes and demonstrated significant value-add to the programme participants. A background in education is desirable. With proven experience as a Programme Manager, leading and managing complex projects, you will possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
