Do you have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills?Connect 2 Halton are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed in a competitive market.The successful candidate will be an advocate of the Connect2Halton brand, maintaining the crucial relationship with Halton Borough Council and our shareholders, by developing a thorough understanding of their needs and delivering excellent customer service through fit for purpose flexible recruitment and ancillary people solutions.Connect2Halton is the in-house managed service recruitment provider to Halton Borough Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the implementation of a new joint venture. Our objectives are to build a strong relationship with Halton Borough Council, which will in turn enable us to provide integral recruitment services for temporary, contract, fixed term and permanent staff within multiple disciplines.This position is on-site position in Widnes, free on-site parking is available.In return we will offer you:25 days holiday, plus bank holidaysNever work a birthday again! You receive an extra day off for it to enjoy however you wish!Generous discount scheme, including gym and retailLife assurance coverHealth cash plan initiativeA culture of progression and developmentPlus many more perksKey dutiesBuild rapport and develop working relationships with connections at Halton Borough Council to understand their vision and workforce planning needsArrange interviews and receive feedback as appropriateTake ownership of candidate aftercare by maintaining regular contact with the Connect2Halton worker, ensuring their timesheets are approved and they are paid accurately without delayEnsure legal and contractual compliance requirements are met before candidates begin workProvide client aftercare once a worker has started a new position, maintaining support for retention of their workerProvide each direct worker with set up details for the pay and bill system and allow access to the Candidate Portal including online time sheets/timesheet appReview all CV’s received and upload qualified CVs to the Client Portal to meet the expectations of the hiring managerWhat we need from youProven experience working within a recruitment agency, ideally in a fast paced temporary recruitment environmentPrevious use of a Recruitment CRM systemAbility to adapt communication style in order to suit the audience and the circumstanceProficient use of IT including Microsoft Office packagesCapable of organising and prioritising own work load to deliver against multiple activitiesAbout Commercial Services GroupCommercial Services Group (CSG) is the largest, local authority-owned trading company (LATCO) in the UK, wholly owned by Kent County Council.
