Job Description
Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Commutable to London
Basic Salary: £28-30k per annum + £12k Performance related bonus (£40-42k+ OTE)
Reports to the Head of Sales

- An individual eager to play a major part in the development and growth of our sales pipeline.
- We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales/customer service.
- Someone capable of forming strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.
- A candidate who is keen to learn and adapt on the job and is comfortable working with a range of strategies to find and develop leads.

- We are on the lookout for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a client facing role with a working understanding of sales methodologies, strong communication/organisational skills and an ability to develop lasting client relationships to join our team as we expand the business.
- Working 1 to 2 days a week out of our conveniently located London office, the successful candidate will be part of an exciting growth period in SolvedBy.Ai’s history.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Contact and qualify potential customers
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Attend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads
- Research and target event attendees proactively both pre and post events.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft and CRM Management.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Sales techniques and strategies (MEDDIC, SPIN etc)
- Self-motivated and proactive with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Strong interest in and basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence principles.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Sales Navigator
- Event experience
- Knowledge of email marketing software such as Cognism, lemlist etc
