Production Leader

We are delighted to partner with an exciting Food Manufacturing business in the Cheshire area to recruit a Production Leader. As a Production Leader, you will report directly to the Factory Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include leading, motivating, and developing your team. This role is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and contribute significantly to a continually growing business. We are interested in candidates with various levels of leadership experience, particularly those with a background in meat processing/manufacturing, who are eager to progress in their careers. You will lead a team of up to 25 employees, fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading teams within a meat processing/manufacturing environment, strong leadership and motivational skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
