Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities1. Technology Strategy:* Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy thataligns with the company's overall business objectives and supports thedevelopment of electric vehicles.* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends toidentify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.2. Enterprise Architecture:* Design and maintain a scalable and flexible enterprise architecturethat supports the integration of various systems and applications.* Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for technologyadoption and implementation.* Ensure alignment between the enterprise architecture and businessstrategy.3. Technology Integration:* Oversee the integration of various technologies, including mobileapplications, websites, vehicle configurators, APIs, digital cockpits, HMIs,loyalty platforms, data analytics systems, and security solutions.* Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between differentsystems.4. Product Development:* Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements andensure that products align with the overall enterprise architecture.* Provide guidance on technology selection, design, and development.5. Data Management:* Develop strategies for data management, including data governance,quality, and security.* Implement data analytics tools and techniques to extract valuableinsights from data.6. Security and Compliance:* Ensure that the technology landscape complies with relevant industrystandards and regulations, such as ISO/SAE 21434.* Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data andsystems.7. Cloud Adoption:* Evaluate and recommend cloud platforms and services that align withthe company's business needs and strategic goals.* Develop a cloud migration strategy and oversee the implementation ofcloud-based solutions.8. Innovation:* Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance thecompany's products and services.* Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within theorganization.Qualifications* Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role inthe automotive or electric vehicle industry.* Deep understanding of technology trends and best practices in theautomotive sector.* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks andmethodologies.* Experience with cloud platforms, data management, and integrationtechnologies.* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate withstakeholders.* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
