Static Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer | Static | Central London - Russell Square | £45,000 Basic Salary | OTE: £50K - £55K | Commercial Environments. Due to contract expansion, we are currently seeking Air Conditioning Engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), servicing, breakdowns, repairs and minor installations / replacements. You will be working on a static basis across a commercial property portfolio in Central London. Package: What is in it for you? * Basic Salary: £45,000 * Status: Full time, Permanent Role (PAYE). * Paid Overtime Available - x1.5 - x2 rates. * Company phone, uniform, pension, company sick pay and flexi benefits scheme provided. * Holidays: 28 days paid * Training and development provided - internal and external funded courses. * OTE: £50K - £55K per annum (dependant on volume of overtime you choose to do). Duties: * PPMs and servicing to commercial air conditioning (AC) & HVAC equipment. * Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs to commercial air conditioning (AC) & HVAC equipment. * Coil cleans, filter cleans/changes, lubricating moving parts, component replacements etc. * Equipment may include but will not be limited to: Split / Multi Split Units, VRV systems, VAV systems, VRF systems, CRAC units, DX units, other similar equipment. Requirements: * Must hold valid F Gas certificate. * Must have experience working across commercial air conditioning systems. * Ideally hold City and Guilds Levels 2 & 3 in Air Conditioning (non essential). * Able to legally work in the UK.
