360 Marketing Recruitment Consultant

Based in central Epsom location is stunning offices * Up to £35,000 salary - OTE £50,000+ * 4 days in the office, Friday work from home * Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm * Opportunities for progression * Training provided Job description: * Specialising in the PPC and SEO area and resourcing suitable candidates for roles in this field. * Working closely with clients to understand their requirements. * Putting together adverts and placing them on various job boards. * Pro-actively searching on-line for suitable candidates * Shortlisting candidates for roles and presenting them to the Consultants * Updating the in-house database to ensure all candidates are correctly recorded in accordance with GDPR guidelines. * Taking offer details for candidates, providing feedback to all candidates and negotiating with clients. Person Specification: * Excellent communication skills (familiar with Microsoft packages) * Strong written skills ability to construct emails for business-to-business contact. * This position requires the ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently. * Good attention to detail and ability to retain key information. * The ability to work under pressure. * Bright, enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, articulate, street wise * Great organisation skills * Team player * Excellent people skills and a good rapport builder * Patient, diplomatic, empathetic * Great Telephone / Keyboard skills Additional details: * £30,000-£35,000 basic, OTE £50k + * Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, Fridays (Work From home) * Pension scheme * 22 Days holiday plus bank holidays * Excellent prospects Refer a friend and earn £100!
