KS1 Teacher Part-Time

The ideal candidate should possess a positive, empathetic outlook and be able to job share every Friday from September. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a stimulating and engaging learning environment, with inspiring activities and lessons that will help to promote and develop pupils' knowledge and understanding. They will also be required to work in partnership with parents and the wider school community to ensure that the pupils achieve their best. We are looking for someone who has:• At least 5 years' experience of teaching in a primary school environment, with a specialism in Year 1• A creative and inspiring approach to teaching and learning• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• The ability to create an environment of mutual respect and trust• A commitment to meeting the individual needs of all pupils• The ability to plan and deliver exciting, engaging and interactive lessons• A strong understanding of the current curriculum• A working knowledge of assessment and data analysis• A track record of raising pupil attainment In return, the successful candidate will benefit from joining a school with a great ethos, where teachers are highly valued and supported in their professional development.
