Position: Project Quantity Surveyor This flagship scheme consists of an old prison being demolished, to then be replaced by a huge residential development consisting of apartment blocks that will house close to 1000 units. Conducting monthly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors Organising pre-start meetings with relevant subcontractors Distributing tender documentation to subcontractors Analysing subcontractor tender packages Awarding subcontractor packages Preparing and reviewing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis Competitive Basic Salary Company Car or Car Allowance Travel fully expensed in addition to Car / Allowance.
