POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Kitchen Brigade as a Night and Breakfast Chef. Our Night and Breakfast Chef will be fully conversant with the Service Menus with regards to the breakfast service and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the breakfast service by liaising with the back of house department. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring that food preparation is of the highest standard at all times, and to maintain the appropriate amount of stock levels as directed by the Sous Chefs before they leave their duties.
