Solicitor - Commercial Litigation & Insolvency

Commercial Litigation Solicitor Holborn 2-3 days work from home after an initial settling in period 4-6 years PQE £65,000 - £70,000 A firm based in Holborn are looking to recruit a 46-year PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor. You will be working closely with a consultant and another solicitor on matters related to Insolvency, Breach of Contract, Shareholder Disputes, IP and Tort law. Around 30-40% of the work in this role will be related to Insolvency matters so prior experience in this area would be beneficial, but the consultant is also happy to provide support and training. You must be confident in running your own files, however all matters are worked on as a team effort. The firm The firm pride themselves on being approachable, pragmatic and outcomes focused.
