Technical Architect for Client Monitoring and on-site projects

Join a dynamic Central London studio who specialise in the industrial and commercial sector, as a senior architect and a key technical liaison. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and coordinating with contractors to ensure that the project is delivered as per the employers requirements. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring that contractors deliver on their commitments while maintaining the integrity of projects.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, translating their needs into effective architectural solutions. Provide guidance to ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external contractors. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions. Skills & Experience Degree in Architecture; a master’s is preferred. Experience within the industrial and logistics sector will be beneficial, but not essential. Experience managing small project teams and collaborating with external consultants. Proven success in managing projects through RIBA Workstages 3-6. Proven experience in both preparing Technical proficiency, strong attention to detail, and design solution contributions. Built-project experience and confidence in client and contractor interactions. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and current construction methods. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
