We are recruiting enthusiastic and experienced TA2s to work on an ad-hoc basis in a primary school within the Leyland area. Position: Qualified Primary TA2 Location: Leyland Contract Type: Long-term, Ad-hoc Start Date: Immediate Role Overview: Provide classroom support across various year groups (KS1 and KS2). Assist with individual and group learning activities, ensuring all students are supported. Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons. Adapt to different classes and student needs, offering flexibility and consistency. Support with classroom management and student behavior when required. Key Requirements: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (TA2) is essential. Experience working in a primary school environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
