Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to make a difference in a Barking and Dagenham primary school? Tradewind has an exciting opportunity for you! We're partnering with a vibrant school in the area seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work full-time with KS1 and KS2 students, starting immediately. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young learners, especially those with special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. About the Position: You'll be essential in helping students overcome challenges and reach their potential in an inclusive, supportive environment. Prior experience with primary-aged children is essential, and relevant qualifications are advantageous. With a daily rate of £80 to £95, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within education.
