Henry Martin Group are partnered with a strong Residential Main Contractor to source a strong Assistant Site Manager for a large residential development in Central London.You must have previous experience overseeing RC frame packages to be considered for this role.Key responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the residential development projectCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsOverseeing the RC frame package and sub-contractor Any experience with Project Plus or View Point is a massive benefit to the contractorMonitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the project meets specificationsAssist in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completionHelp to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction siteAssist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction processMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and recordsSupport the Site Manager in conducting regular site inspections and meetingsAssist in coordinating and managing the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction siteProvide support and assistance to the Site Manager in any other tasks or duties as needed.If you have experience as a ASM/SM from the piling stage or have looked after the RC frame packages and are looking to get into one of the best contractors within the market.
