Retail Beauty Ambassador

This role will primarily focus on driving sales across two of our brands: The successful candidate will service multiple retail accounts, ensuring our brands maintain high visibility and strong sales performance. *This is a field-based role, 20-25 hours per week (with potential for more) Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador, driving in-store sales and maintaining the visibility of our brands. Support training needs when necessary. Foster strong relationships with retail partners. Galvanize and motivate in-store teams to maximize engagement and drive sales. Support the successful activation of in-store events to promote our brands. Performance Metrics: Achieve daily sales goals through side-by-side selling with retail teams. Passion for beauty and our brand portfolio. Goal-oriented with a strong sales focus. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
