Finance Manager

Location: Westminster, London Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Summary: At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join an established global business with a network of operations across the world. As a qualified accountant, you will ensure the accurate and compliant recording of financial transactions, alongside contributing to the overall finance operation. You will have experience managing international transactions, with an in-dept understanding of international and domestic laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, confident leading a small team to get the best out of them. Key Responsibilities: As a qualified accountant, ensure the accurate and compliant recording of financial transactions alongside contributing to the overall finance operations. Manage financial controllership tasks and process standardisations. Supervise monthly and quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies. Lead the preparation of financial reports including variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies. Support internal and external audits. Lead statutory accounts preparation, VAT and Corporation Tax reporting. Play an active role in FP&A activities providing variance explanations. Experience: Strong commercial experience of working within a company with international business activities. Ideally within Trading, Exports, Imports or Manufacturing. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Experience with SAP B1 and excellent Excel and modelling skills preferred but not essential. Experience managing a small team, with a proven track-record of being able to get the best out of the employees within the team. At least 3-5 years' experience within a similar role.
