If you are a friendly, passionate person with prior experience in a sales role - this could be perfect for you!About the clientAn award winning media, publishing and events company, with a growing portfolio of 30 live events covering design, interiors, lifestyle and construction. As well as being specialists in the events sector, the Company’s creative flare produces well established publications and a series of award-winning magazines and websites.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Digital Sales executive to work across an exciting portfolio of Digital products. The role is target focused, but also allows for creativity and progression as the products develop and evolve.ResponsibilitiesThe role is sales driven but will also be able to develop new products and give their input steering and developing strategy to match the digital ambitions of the company.Ensure sales targets (personal and product) are achieved above and beyond each monthHave a solid understanding of the sales processKnow your stuff: industry, competitor analysis, publications, key brands, what’s best for your clients, inventory, show and digital targets - and how to increase revenue year on yearKnow your figures: digital target, revenue, year on year comparison, yields, number of clients, new business and retentionEnsure CRM is kept up to date at all timesMaintain and increase business development - increase new lead sourcesBuild client relationships - client management, client retentionIdeal candidateGreat telephone mannerFun and happy team playerSold to HR, Marketing or Design industriesPast experience on delivering successful sales revenueA professional networkerA strategic and proactive thinker and plannerOrganised with an eye for detailRole-model, encourage, motivate, guide and supportProblem solvingHonest and have transparency and integrityBenefitsFun and vibrant working environmentWorking on some amazing brandsYou will feel like part of a familyYou will be valued, you’re not just a numberEncourage you to develop your skills, strengths and careerRecognition of your contribution and hard workMake sure you’re never boredGreat company parties!We read through each application thoroughly and reply quickly to those we feel could be a good fit for the role.Good luck!!
