IT Project Manager

With 20 + offices and thousands of employees deployed across the globe, they’re now scaling rapidly and need a data-centric IT Project Manager with a background in large-scale organisations to manage the end-to-end delivery of products and projects, aligning teams, resources, and processes across multiple locations. Salary up to £70k | Workplace policy/Location: Hybrid working with 2 days in Manchester officeWith large-scale projects under your remit, it’s a great opportunity for someone looking for a role that offers international exposure and strategic importance for a data-minded individual.IT Project Manager – Core Tasks:Lead and share delivery techniques across teams.Establish project, Scrum, or Agile delivery teams.Follow best practices for both waterfall and agile methodologies.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Manage project, Scrum, and product teams.Ensure clear documentation and communication of project vision and value.Foster a Sprint culture using MVPs to deliver value early.Report on sprint velocity, burn rates, and value.Define and document the project approach and delivery plan, including deliverables and success measures.Define and document project benefits, identify benefit owners, set baselines, and track progress.Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders.Ensure clear communication and stakeholder agreement on business change deliverables.Deliver products that are sustainable for live service.Key skills needed to succeed:Proven track record in delivering complex IT and business change projects.Strong data analytics and AI implementation skills.Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in change management and reporting.Proven leadership skills in large, multidisciplinary teams.Strong experience working with internal and external resources globally.Deep understanding of project, program, and business change management.Desirable: Data project management, professional services or legal sector experience, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).Are you interested in talking?If you think you’re suitable for this role, please get in touch ASAP.
