The Role As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be: Deploying pLTV, customer segmentation and ad platform signalling models. Measuring campaign effectiveness using MMM's. Writing production Python code, contributing across the software development lifecycle. Skills & Experience Experience in end-to-end ML system development. Specialising in customer behaviour and marketing optimisation. Application of ML methods for campaign optimisation, with a strong preference for Google/Meta Ads campaigns. CLV modelling, statistics and MMM.
