Multi Skilled Operative - Social Housing Redhill - Must be willing to commute further South £37,000 + Van TS Recruitment are working with a Property Services / Social Housing Contractor who are recruiting Maintenance Operatives across Redhill and the South (Brighton) You will be responsible for; Painting and Decorating, Carpentry, Bricklaying and Plastering Social Housing / Council work. Permanent opportunity. Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade Operative role. A company van is provided. Perform inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns professionally.
