Working in collaboration with clients, management, wider business, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and executed according to clients or internal stakeholders’ requirements.Tasks Include:Plan and develop projects in line with client or internal stakeholders’ expectationsDeveloping detailed project plans to guide clients and team membersIdentifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of team membersDirect and oversee completion of implementations and projectsDevelop plan of action including schedule, resources and work planMonitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery and that delivery is in line with the business caseCompiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholdersWorking effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementationDeveloping excellent leadership and customer relationsStrong communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholdersWork closely with the customers and sites to fully understand their requirements and expectationsAssess risks and establish contingency plansManage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholdersQualifications and Skills Required:5+ years in 3PL10+ years of commercial experience on project managementIdentify and deliver several complex projectsWarehouse solution design skillsProcess Improvement experienceNegotiation skillsA technical background as the role requires the ability to confidently present technical issues/solutions to customersKnowledge of warehouse and transport operationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrable collaborative behavioursGood technical written skillsHolds a valid UK driving licenseWhy Join UsWork in an environment where safety is our first priorityThe opportunity to build a career with a growing companyDeath in ServiceMedical CoverBUPA CashplanCompany sponsored social eventsCommunity volunteering
