Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading distribution business, to recruit a HR and Business Support Administrator. This is an amazing opportunity to join a business experiencing exceptional growth. The business is Belfast-based, offers hybrid working and has free on-site parking. The HR and Business Support Administrator will support the business directors and HR Manager. They will manage executive schedules and appointments, take meeting minutes and assist in organising conferences and company events. The Administrator will provide personal assistance to the Directors as well as coordinate their travel arrangements. They will support the HR Manager by responding to shared inbox queries and keeping up-to-date records on their HR system. In addition, they will assist the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions and managing the candidate process, as well as assist with onboarding new staff members. The right person for this role will have strong administrative experience and be coming from a similar role. They will be eager to learn and be able to work within fast-paced environments. The right person should be confident in supporting Directors, be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines. The package for this role includes a variety of benefits and a competitive salary ranging from £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time position based in Belfast and offers hybrid working. The office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm with an early finish on a Friday. There is free on-site parking.
