What will you be doing? * One-to-one and small group support – providing tailored support to students with a range of SEN, including ASD, complex learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges. * Assisting teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments. * Employing positive behaviour strategies to promote a calm and focused learning atmosphere.
